Fluorinated Polyurethanes (FPU)
Common for all the FPU coatings is the patented “fluoroshield” protection that makes FPU coatings virtually impervious to moisture and oxygen permeation. FPU coatings exhibits unsurpassed performance for all physical properties as well as resistance to chemicals, weathering and UV degradation. It is a two-component, solvent based, high solids enamel system which exhibits outstanding performance properties, compared to higher build, multi-coat premium systems.
51PC100-110-120: Is a high-performance, highly fluorinated polyurethane top coat formulated for thin film applications, offering general ease of handling and application.
51PC101-111-121: Same as 51PC100 series, but added with ANTI GRAFFITI PROPERTIES.
51PC150: Designed as an “osmotic barrier” for full immersion purposes. Has a drinking water approval. Is used on boat hulls including power and sail boats for gel coat repair.
51PC250: Containing high level of PTFE. It is specially designed for use on wings, Wind-Turbines and airplanes.
51PC510: Is developed with a special resin blend and with PTFE additive which makes it an ideal coating for severe industrial environment or immersion applications. Its recommended for use in petrochemical environments.
51EPC4000: Our Newest FPU product. Specially designed for steel constructions (Bridges etc.) The product contains both Primer, Intermediate and FPU top coating in one product. It’s a two component product. Advantage one application covers all, saves a lot of time!.
Poly Urea (PU)
Common for all our Poly Urea coatings is that they are 100% solids, spray able, VOC free, two-component membranes. This seamless system exhibits extraordinary performance characteristics. This membrane achieves an extremely tough, flexible, chemical and abuse resistant finish for a wide range of applications. The Poly Urea's are suitable for use in a wide range of applications including tank linings, pipe coating, containment areas, industrial facilities, flooring and wall systems. Poly Urea coatings provides a smooth finish with higher elongation and greater flexibility than common coatings.
91PU250: Aromatic Elastomeric Membrane provides a Gel Time / Tack free of 4 to 12 seconds and Walk on in 1 minute. Permits an elongation of up to 250%.
91PU450: Aromatic Elastomeric Membrane, same as 91PU250 but with elongation of up to 450%.
91PU500: Aliphatic Elastomeric Membrane, same properties as 91PU450 but with elongation of up to 500%.
91PU800: Aliphatic Elastomeric Membrane, same properties as 91PU450 but with elongation of up to 800%.
81PA 100: Is a brush or spray gun applicated Poly Urea. It is a high performance, 95% solids, low VOC, two-component, aliphatic polyaspartic membrane coating. Well suited to a variety of industrial, Marine and OEM applications, PolyFlo ASP is a new evolution in coating technology allowing medium to high build applications for non-immersion and immersion applications. PolyFlo ASP has built in corrosion protection as well as excellent UV stability allowing it to maintain excellent colour and gloss retention.
Acrylic Aliphatic Polyurethane
Common for the high performance acrylic aliphatic polyurethane top coatings is that they are formulated for thin film applications, offering general ease of handling and application. They are two-component, solvent based, high solids urethane system which exhibits outstanding performance properties, compared to higher build, multi-coat premium systems.
41PC600/610: Has outstanding physical properties and has proven to be extremely resistant to UV degradation, salt air environments as well as freeze thaw cycling. It is available in both clear and tinted colours.
41PC601/611: Has same surface properties as 600 series but added with ANTI GRAFFITI PROPERTIES.
Moisture Cured Urethane
41AL401: Is a high performance VOC compliant, single component, non-leafing aluminium polyurethane moisture-cure primer suitable for use as a primer or intermediate coat on new steel, media blasted steel or over used steel and old lead paint as an overcoat system. 41AL401 contains a high percentage of pure non-leafing aluminium paste acting as an extremely effective barrier to corrosion. 41AL401 is extremely resistant to moisture, chemicals, abrasion and undercutting providing excellent corrosion resistance properties. Is compatible with our Zink Rich MC coating and our FPU top coatings.
41ZR-280-2: Is a two component, organic zinc, moisture cured urethane that carries a high zinc load. This product is designed to accommodate lower temperature applications compared to other conventional zincs available.41ZR280-2 meets ASSHTO Class "B" slip co-efficient and creep resistance requirement. 41ZR280-2 is chemical and abrasion resistant, quick drying and easy to apply.
Special Coatings for High temperature “Steam Pipes”
31PC186: High Temperature Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating was designed to provide thermal barrier protection. This specialized formulation withstands detonation impact while reducing surface temperatures. This cutting edge ceramic technology is continually tested under extreme conditions, both in the laboratory and in the field, with excellent results. 31PC186 is formulated using a unique ceramic backbone, which is able to withstand temperatures in excess of 870ºC, while having little effect on film integrity.
31IC209: High Temperature Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating is designed to provide superior thermal barrier protection. 31IC209: High Temperature Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating was designed to provide superior thermal barrier protection for internal and exterior use. Extensive testing with 31IC209 has shown heat transfer reduction of up to 55% (ei. from 980ºC reduction with 315ºC to 665ºC) and then top coated with 31PC186 High Temperature Ceramic Coatings. Due to the smooth finish of the coating, 31IC209 is able to withstand temperatures in excess of 980ºC.
31IN024: Therm-a-Shield is an elastomeric insulative coating which implements the use of borosilicate ceramic technology in order to provide a seamless membrane acting as an insulative barrier for roofs. Therm-a-Shield is formulated to remain flexible even in sub-zero temperatures and is highly UV resistant. It can be applied directly over metal roofing, polyurethane foam, cured concrete, asphalt shingles, wood and older coating applications. Therm-a-Shield is also excellent for insulating cold and hot piping, drying ovens, duct work, boilers, windows and sky lights. 31IN024 reflects 90% of the heat from the sun and insulates approx 30% by applying 300 microns DFT.
